Staffordshire Street community engagement strategy

I was approached by this small arts organisation to support with the development of their programme as part of their Festival of Community. I led the planning and facilitation of a co-design session to inform the programming of the Festival of Community. This included creative engagement activities, interviews and a communal meal. The final output was a strategy report, which was adopted by the organisation to inform planning.
