Collective Imagination X Local Government

In 2024, I was selected to join a group of local government workers and Collective Imagination practitioners for a three-month enquiry into more collaborative, positive futures. My research focus was momentum and inertia in local government, based on challenges of stasis that my peers and I have experienced. As part of the learning journey, I developed a workshop called "Opportunities for Air" with Servane Mouazan of Conscious Innovation. The workshop explored the concept of organisational "air" - looking at where this was missing and how participants could open windows to enable energy and growth.
